Refund policy

At rkApps, customer satisfaction is important to us. All rkApps products include a free 7-day trial period, allowing customers to fully test compatibility, features, and performance before purchasing.

Because of this trial system and the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided once a license has been purchased.

Please make sure to evaluate the software during the trial period before completing your purchase.

Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may still be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations, such as:

• Duplicate purchases
• Accidental purchases
• Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Compatibility issues already testable during the free trial
• Lack of product usage
• Failure to read product requirements or product descriptions
